Studi Banding dari DPRD Banjar Baru Kalimantan Selatan dan DPRD Kota Depok
Jumat 13 Nopember 2020, Bapenda Kota Bogor mendapatkan kunjungan studi banding dari DPRD Banjar Baru Kalimantan Selatan Dipimpin oleh wakil ketua 2 DPRD bapak H. Nafsini Samandi bersama dengan Kepala Badan pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah bapak Rustam Effendi, Study bading terkait masalah penanganan pajak Air tanah dan pajak lainnya terutama yg terkait dengan pihak kecamatan. Dalam kesempatan yg sama DPRD Kota Depok Bapak Ir. Lahmudin Abdulah wakil ketua komisi B, yang menanyakan terkait dengan strategi penetapan target pada saat kondisi covid 19 dan rencana penetapan target tahun 2021. Penyambutan studi banding dipimpin langsung oleh Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bogor Bapak Deny Hendana yang didampingi Kabid Penagihan, Kabid Penetapan beserta para Kasubid. Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bogor menjelaskan dalam menghadapi covid 19 upaya dalan pencapaian target penerimaan Pajak, bahwa kota bogor sesuai dengan guiden Kemendagri yaitu adanya Tax Relief berupa relaksasi pembayaran pajak yg diatur dalan perwali 20 tahun 2020 , tax insentif berupa pengurangan dan penghapusan denda diatur dalam perwali 33 dan 38 tahun 2020 dan penghapusan denda Administrasi berupa denda dengan perwali 117 tahun 2020. Untuk Air Tanah Bapenda Kota Bogor dalam penetapan pajak didasarkan hasil laporan dari EESDM provinsi Jawa Barat dan melaksanakan penagihan ketika skpd nya telah ditetapkan, sampai saat ini bulan Nopember pencapaian target pajak Air tanah telah mencapai 104,36:%. Untuk pajak daerah tidak ada yg dikelola kecamatan, adapun peran Kelurahan hanya membantu dalam menyebarkan sppt khusus PBB (AY).
Penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerjasama Alat Fiskal Elektronik
Pemerintah Kota Bogor melalui Badan pendapatan Daerah melaksanakan Penandatangan kerjasama pemasangan alat elektronik fiscal dengan PT. Jakpro bertempat di ruang Sri Bima pada Kamis tanggal 8 oktober 2020. Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bogor, Ir.Deni Hendana, M.Si menjelaskan, Perjanjian Kerjasama ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengoptimakan pendapatan daerah Kota Bogor. Pemasangan alat elektronic fiskal ini rencananya akan dipasang sebanyak 50 unit pada wajib pajak hotel, restoran, parkir yang dipilih oleh Bapenda Kota Bogor. Sebelum pemasangan terlebih dahulu akan dilakukan sosialisasi kepada wajib pajak terpilih. Acara penandatanganan dihadiri oleh Wakil Walikota Bogor, Bapak Drs. Dedie A Rachim M.A, yang berharap dengan dipasangnya alat elektronik fiscal ini dapat menambah transparansi, menimalisir pertemuan antara petugas dengan para pelaku usaha sehingga tidak terdapat penyimpang dan negosiasi antara petugas dengan wajib pajak, Wakil Walikota Bogor itu juga mengingatkan perlunya ditingkatkan kerjasama dengan stake holder perpajakan salah satunya lembaga KPP Pratama dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dalam melayani masyarakat sehingga memberikan kemudahan bagi wajib pajak dalam menunaikan kewajibannya. Pengenalan Sekda Kota Bogor
Rapat Kerja perdana Sekda Kota Bogor di kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bogor, dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2020 Rapat Dihadiri oleh seluruh pejabat struktural Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bogor, dalam acara tersebut, Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bogor memaparkan target pendapatan pajak daerah tahun 2020 dan rencana kerja di tahun 2021 yang diantaranya akan di laksanakan Kebijakan pelayanan secara online bagi pelayanan PBB dan pelayanan validasi BPHTB serta akan mengintegrasikan sistem semua sistem yg sudah ada di Bapenda. Dalam tindak lanjut 5 paket kebijakan bapak walikota bogor, kepala Badan Pendapatan kota bogor menjelaskan terkait stimulus pajak dan insentif keringanan pajak daerah diantaranya : Pertama, pembebasan penghapusan sanksi administrasi keterlambatan pembayaran pajak daerah untuk masa pajak hingga Agustus 2020 bagi Pajak Restoran, Pajak Hotel, Pajak Hiburan, Pajak Parkir, dan Pajak Air Tanah. Kedua, pembebasan penghapusan sanksi administrasi keterlambatan pembayaran pajak daerah untuk Pajak Reklame dan PBB-P2. Ketiga, pengurangan Pembayaran BPHTB sebesar 7,5%. Kebijakan tersebut berdasarkan Perwali Nomor 117 Tahun 2020 tentang Penghapusan Sanksi Administrasi Denda Keterlambatan Pajak Daerah dan Pengurangan Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan Terutang Sebagai Dampak Wabah Penyakit Akibat Corona Virus Disease 2019. Sekda Kota Bogor dalam kesempatan tersebut memberikan arahan untuk terus meningkatkan dan melaksanakan intensifikasi pajak khususnya dalam penagihan pbb. Dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan baik pada saat pelayanan maupun penagihan terhadap wajib pajak agar terus memanfaatkan teknologi dan media sosial serta memperhatikan protokol kesehatan (Ay).
