elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam rangka perbaikan pelayanan publik yang secara terus menerus, Bapenda Kota Bogor pada beberapa tahun ini melakukan <strong style=\"background-color: initial;\"><em>Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat<\/em><\/strong> kepada pengguna layanan.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sesuai Peraturan Walikota Bogor Nomor 54 Tahun 2017 TentangPedoman Pelaksanaan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat di Lingkungan Pemerintahan Kota Bogor.<\/p><p>Maksud dilaksanakannya <em>Survey Kepuasan <\/em><em>Masyarakat<\/em>adalah untuk mengukur Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM), sebagai pengguna layanan guna meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik.
